Part 1 of the order entitled - Delivery of office armchairs and chairs and protective floor mats Part 2 of the order entitled - Delivery of office armchairs and chairs, protective floor mats and stools 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of armchairs and chairs office furniture, as well as stools and protective floor mats. 2. The subject of the order is divided into two parts, which are described in Chapter. 4 of the Specification of Order Conditions (hereinafter also referred to as "SWZ"). 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order and terms and conditions execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, respectively, for parts 1 and 2 of the order. 1. Part 1 of the order includes the successive delivery of a total of 224 products, including: 106 pieces of office chairs, 96 pieces of office chairs and 22 pieces of protective floor mats. 2. As part of the subject of the Order Agreement, he is obliged to: 1) delivery of products to places (rooms) indicated by the Ordering Party and in the case of mats protective floor coverings to be placed in the indicated room; 2) assembling the products (if the delivered product is dismantled for transport); 3) granting a 36-month product warranty for the delivered products and warranty for product defects, including also for the assembly activities performed. 1.
