Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of office and anti-virus software for State Administration Units, specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, divided into parts:

1) part 1 - office software;

2) part 2 - utility software;

3) part 3 - specialized software;

4)part 4 - engineering software.

2.Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ contains a list of Units covered by this order and the quantity and type of ordered software that will be purchased by a given Unit.

3.Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", was specified in Annex No. 2 toSWZ and in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.

4. The Ordering Party are the State Administration Units specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ on behalf of and for which the Government Administration Service Center - Central Ordering Party acts.

5. As a result of the progress madecontracts will be concluded separately for each Unit.

6. Whenever in the content of the SWZ, including the OPZ constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the subject of the order is described by indicating names, patents, standards, trademarks or origin, the Ordering Party allows the offer by Contractor's solutionequivalent.

7.If the Contractor offers equivalent software, he is obliged to demonstrate its equivalence in relation to the subject of the order described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.

8.The Ordering Party indicates that the Entities have the right not to complete the full scope of their order....
