"Delivery of off-road specialized vehicle" with reference number PPD26-042 The Management Board of "Electricity Distribution Networks West" EAD opens and conducts a procedure for awarding a public procurement of the "open" type on the basis of Art. 132, in connection with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, art. 19, para. 2 and Art. 20, para. 1, item 3, b. "b" of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), in order to conclude a contract for the supply of a specialized off-road vehicle. Examination of the offers: On the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the ZOP, the commission will evaluate the technical and price proposals of the participants before considering the documents for compliance with the selection criteria. The commission's actions will be carried out in the sequence provided for in art. 61 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law for public procurement (PPZOP). Quantity and/or volume: The contracting authority predicts that for the entire period of validity of the contract, which is 24 (twenty-four) months, 1 (one) number of off-road specialized vehicles will be delivered. ​​​​​​​ Option: In case of necessity, the contracting authority reserves the right to order the delivery of additional ones quantities (exceeding the indicated estimated quantities in the table) of the goods subject to this public procurement.
