Delivery of observation vehicles The subject of the order is the delivery of 5 brand new Observation Vehicles equipped with optoelectronic devices and devices for detecting and tracking Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. The ordering party may invalidate the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it, and the possibility of invalidating the proceedings on this basis is provided for in contract notice (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law).
