The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.

Parts of the order are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 6.

The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submit an offerup to a maximum of 6 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per one Contractor).

A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2b.

3.3. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the order (if applicable):

1) the offered medical device must have approvals, certificates and be registered Z Gwith respect to legal provisions requiring approvals, certificates and registration,

2) the offered medical device must be placed on the market and used in accordance with the requirements of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item . 974, as amended),

3) offered medical productmust comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product;
