Task 1 - Pass-through cabinets for the Nutrition Department Task 2 - Laminar chamber for a hospital pharmacy Task 3 - Countertop fume hood for a hospital pharmacy Task 4 - Disinfection device for the operating theater of the Cardiac Surgery Department Subject of the order is: Delivery of non-medical equipment: Task 1 - Pass-through cabinets for the Nutrition Department Task 2 - Laminar chamber for a hospital pharmacy Task 3 - Countertop fume hood for a hospital pharmacy Task 4 - Disinfection device for the operating theater of the department Cardiac surgery The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. Parts of the order are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks 1 to 4. The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for a maximum of 4 tasks. (without quantity limit tasks per one Contractor). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2b to the SWZ. 3.3. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the order: 1) the offered product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with with legal provisions requiring approvals, certificates and registration, 2) the offered product must meet the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product; 3.4.
