Delivery of new, unused tractor and flatbed semi-trailer, ref. No. PPD26-040 The Management Board of "Electricity Distribution Networks West" EAD opens and conducts a procedure for awarding a public procurement of the "open" type on the basis of Art. 132 in relation to Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, art. 19, para. 2 and Art. 20, para. 1, item 3, b. "b" of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), in order to conclude a contract for the supply of unused tractor and flatbed trailer. At the time of announcement of this order, the estimated quantity of the goods is 1 (one) number of tractor and flatbed semi-trailer, which the Employer has determined for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months. The estimated total value for the supply of new, unused tractor unit and flatbed semi-trailer for the term of the contract from 24 months is in the amount of 140, 000.00 (one hundred and forty thousand) euros without VAT. On the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the PPA, the commission will evaluate the technical and price proposals of the participants before considering the documents for compliance with the criteria for selection. The commission's actions will be carried out in the sequence provided for in art. 61 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on Public Procurement (PPZOP).
