Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the supply of brand new, unused aluminum caps 28x15.4 with the technical parameters indicated below for the needs of the Zdrojowa Production Plant, used for the production of Buskowianka Zdrj mineral water. Products included the subject of the order are brand new, i.e. unused, have intact features of the original packaging. Grade I, are intended for contact with food and meet all standards specified in applicable regulations, in particular with regard to the requirements that must be meets the materials and products intended for contact with food, specified in the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended) and the implementing provisions to this Act. The quality parameters result from production technology currently operating at the Ordering Party's Spa Production Plant and take into account the technological assumptions of the new Buskowianka Zdrj Water Plant. The indicated amounts should be treated as estimated demand.
