Part I - Delivery of FC switches Part II - Delivery of LAN switches The subject of the order is the supply of network switches for the Energy Regulatory Office. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with the following division: Part I - Delivery of FC switches; Part II - Delivery of LAN switches. The description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ entitled Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order. Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the Drafted Terms provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act. The Ordering Party does not envisage the Contractor carrying out an on-site inspection. Ordering party requires a deposit. The Ordering Party does not require any security for proper performance of the contract. The Ordering Party stipulates that it may first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor in accordance with point 9.18 of the SWZ.
