The subject of the contract is the delivery of 170 pieces of 48-port poe network switches for the courts of Łodź Appeal together with the guarantee. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in particular in Annex 4 to SWZ.
The number of devices provided as part of the order will be implemented for the courts of the Łodź appeal in accordance with Annex 5 to SWZ - supply list.
441 of the PZP Act, the Employer provides for the possibility of exercising the right of options, and the Contractor expresses the above consent. The basis for launching the order in the scope of options will be submitted needs courts and guaranteed funds.
