Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of network switches along with configuration, implementation and supply of a license enabling the implementation of MACsec functionality.2. The contractor must have the manufacturer's authorization to sell the offered type A and type switches B. The type A and type B switches offered must come from a sales channel authorized by the manufacturer or its distributor3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ 4. Place of delivery: ul. Szajnochy 8 in Warsaw. 5. If in the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications or technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described means that it should be assumed that such references are always accompanied by the words "or equivalent". 6. The contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the subject of the order offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
