Tender Details

Delivery of network switches 1) The subject of the order is the supply of network switches - 15 pieces, specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The subject of the order should be brand new, unused, and from the current stock production (i.e. not older than 2025), have appropriate certificates allowing for sale and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment. 2) The scope of the order also includes the supply of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, including unloading and bringing it to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 3) The software that is part of the subject of the order cannot violate the law or the legally protected personal or property rights of third parties or rights to intangible goods, in particular copyrights, related rights, rights from the registration of industrial designs and protection rights to trademarks. 4) Order completion date - up to 35 days from the date of receipt of the order. Ordering party will submit the order to the Contractor within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 5) Required minimum warranty period for the equipment: 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. 6) Delivery address: Scientific Information Center and Library Akademicka, ul.
