Tender Details

Delivery of network devices 1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new network switches in maximum quantities: DeviceMaximum Quantity Type 1 - Network switch 48x1G min. 4×10G SFP+ - 25 pcs. Type 2 - Network switch 24x1G min. 4×10G SFP+ - 100 pcs. Type 3 - Network switch 24x1G min. 4×1G SFP - 35 pcs. Type 4 - Network switch 24x1G min. 4×10G SFP+ PoE+ - 104 pcs Type 5 - Network switch 48x1G min. 4×10G SFP+ PoE+ - 101 pcs. 2. Detailed description of the item order - all requirements for the ordered devices are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order 3. The Contractor will deliver the equipment to the Ordering Party's warehouse in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 109. Transport costs are borne by the Contractor. 4. Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for the delivered devices in accordance with the requirements contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Order), but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty. 5. Requirements related to warranty repairs and services service are described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Order). 6. The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems described in the order documentation, in accordance with art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law.
