Delivery of net quantities of active electrical energy (medium/low voltage) and selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of PLOVDIV UNIVERSITY "PAISIY HILENDARSKI" The activities subject to the order are expressed in net delivery amounts of active electrical energy (medium/low voltage) and selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of PLOVDIV UNIVERSITY "PAISIY HILENDARSKI" for a period of 12 (twelve) months. Delivery is carried out at the Contracting Authority's premises, detailed described in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the participation documentation. The estimated amount of electricity is determined based on the amounts consumed for the previous 12 (twelve) months for all sites of the Contracting Authority. The conditions under which it will the subject of the order is realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are in accordance with the draft contract, the technical specification, the technical and price proposal of the contractor, as well as in accordance with the current legislation and established rules in the field of energy.
