"Delivery of net quantities of active electricity energy (high/medium/low voltage) and selection of a coordinator of a standard balancing group for a period of 12 months" for the needs of TP "STATE FORESTRY STAR" The contracting authority announces the present procedure for awarding a public contract to basis of art. 18, para. 1, item 1 and para. 2, in connection with art. 74 of the Public Procurement Law. The object of this public procurement is delivery, within the meaning of art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the ZOP. The public procurement is enforceable under the conditions described in the documentation for participation in the procedure with the subject: "Delivery of net amounts of active electrical energy (high/medium/low voltage) and selection of a coordinator of a standard balancing group for a period of 12 months". Place of delivery: the delivery of electrical energy will be carried out at the Contracting Authority's sites, according to the Technical Specification /Appendix No. 3/, an integral part of the documentation. Terms of public procurement: Final term of the contract - 12 months from its conclusion or until it is exhausted of the financial resource.
