"Delivery of net quantities of active electrical energy (high/medium/low voltage) and selection of a coordinator of a standard balancing group for a period of 12 months" for the needs of TP "STATE FOREST... The contracting authority announces the present procurement procedure of public procurement on the basis of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 and para. 2, in connection with Art. 74 of the Law on Public Procurement. The object of this public procurement is delivery, within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the ZOP. The public procurement is enforceable under the conditions described in the documentation for participation in the procedure with the subject: "Delivery of net amounts of active electrical energy (high/medium/low voltage) and selection of a coordinator of a standard balancing group for a period of 12 months". Place of delivery: the supply of electrical energy will be carried out at the Contracting Authority's sites, according to the Technical Specification /Appendix No. 3/, an integral part of the documentation. Terms of public procurement: Final term of the contract - 12 months from its conclusion, or until the financial resource is exhausted.
