"Delivery of net electric energy and selection of the coordinator of the balancing group for objects of the Municipality of Gabrovo and secondary budget managers" The subject of the public order is the supply of net active electrical energy - low voltage and performing the duties of the coordinator of a balancing group for objects of the Municipality of Gabrovo and secondary budget managers. The procedure is carried out for the purpose of selecting a supplier of net electricity, a coordinator of a standard balancing group, full administration of the information flow with ESO EAD, as well as assuming the costs for imbalances of the sites described in Appendix 1 to this specification - 206 items, incl. to EIK 000215630 -190 pcs., EIK 0002156300385 - 3 pcs., EIK 0002156300401 - 4 pcs., EIK 0002156300366 - 5 pcs., EIK 0002156300420 - 2 pcs., EIK 0002156300454 - 2 pcs. Appendix 1 also shows the consumption of the contractor's facilities for 12 months. The Contractor should provide the Employer with a consumption forecasting service, preparation of hourly schedules, administration of the information flow to ESO EAD, as well as responsibility for balancing. Depending on its needs, the Contracting Authority may remove or add new objects to the specified list - Appendix 1 to this specification.
