Delivery of net active electrical energy for low voltage by a contractor, coordinator of a standard balancing group for the needs of MBAL "Dr. Stamen Iliev" AD, Montana The object of the order is the selection of a contractor for the supply of the necessary for the needs to the Contracting Authority quantities of net active electrical energy at the medium and low voltage level and relevant related services, incl. to carry out his duties as a balancing group coordinator for a period of 12 months. Estimated Quantity 1, 280, 474 MWh. The contractor should ensure the continuity of the electricity supply and supply electricity with quality and order, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Act (EE) and other legal acts that regulate public relations, related to the supply of electric energy (including the regulations to ZE, PTEE and the Rules for measuring the amount of electric energy (PIKEE). The assignor will not pay a fee for participation in the balancing group, as well as those for excess and shortage of imbalances. The proposed Fixed Administration Surcharge to the average monthly base load price of the "Day Ahead" segment of the Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange, for the supply of 1 /one/ MWh of electricity, is subject to evaluation.
