"Delivery of net active electrical energy and selection of a coordinator of a standard balancing group for the needs of objects of Rudozem Municipality" The purpose of the public procurement is to select a contractor for the supply of net active electrical energy and coordinator of a standard balancing group, according to the provisions of the Energy Act, the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy /PTEE/ and the applicable regulations, by concluding a contract for the supply of electric energy and for the settlement of the relations in connection with the reporting, invoicing and payment of the actual amounts of electricity consumed by the objects of the Municipality of Rudozem. The public order includes the supply of net active electrical energy for the objects of the Municipality of Rudozem, specified in Appendix No. 1.1 to the documentation, at freely agreed prices; inclusion of the Employer as an indirect member in a standard balancing group of which the Contractor is the coordinator, without the Employer paying a separate fee for registration or participation; consumption forecasting; planning, claiming and balancing; preparing, submitting, confirming and, if necessary, correcting hourly daily schedules; administration of the information flow with the operator of the electricity distribution network and "Electricity System Operator" EAD, when applicable, as well as assuming responsibility for balancing related to the consumption of the Contracting Authority's facilities.
