The current public procurement is "mixed" within the meaning of Art. 11, para. 1 of the ZOP and includes activities with more than one object under Art. 3 of the ZOP, namely: supply of electricity carried out through the purchase and provision of a service for the construction of a system for remote measurement and monitoring of the consumption of supplied energy. In view of this and in accordance with Art. 11, para. 2 of the ZOP, the object that characterizes the activities - the main subject of the order is "supply of electricity" by purchase, in the sense of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Civil Code. The subject of this order is the supply of net active electrical energy for the Employer's facilities by a licensed electrical energy supplier and coordinator of a standard balancing group to supply net active electricity with full administration of the information flow with ESO and bearing the costs of imbalances. The contractor should provide a combined service - sale of electricity and payment for the services "access to and transmission through the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network' and 'balancing responsibility'.
