"Delivery of net active electrical energy and coordinator of standard balancing group for sites of DP RAO" The subject of the order is the supply of net active electrical energy - low and medium voltage, and the fulfillment of the obligations of balancing group coordinator. During the delivery, electrical energy should be delivered with quality and in order, according to the provisions of the Energy Act (EL) and other normative acts that regulate public relations related to the supply of electric energy (including the regulations to ZE, the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electric Energy (PIKEE). The subject of the order also includes the administration of the amounts for the legally determined fees, network services and excise duty. The same will be paid by the Employer to the Contractor. In this connection, a contract for a combined service will be concluded with the Contractor within the meaning of Art. 11, item 10 and under the conditions of Art. 20 from PTEE. The subject of the order is delivery of net active electrical energy - low and medium voltage, and performing the duties of a balancing group coordinator.
