Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the supply of multimedia players for the exhibition of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk.2. The ordering party will determine the need for the purchase in question, which results from the objective needs of the ordering party related to the characteristics of the exhibition and the need to modernize it, taking into account the devices and systems owned by the ordering party for which the contract in question will be used and integrated. 3. The delivery item must be brand new, unused, free from defects and complete. Detailed the scope of the order, the required technical parameters of the equipment being the subject of the order and the quantitative requirements are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order in accordance with the following rules: conditions described in the Draft Provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
