Delivery of multimedia boards for classrooms in... as part of the project entitled: "Photomedia at the highest level - reconstruction of the school building at the Technical and General School Complex No. 3 in Katowice 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 13 pieces of multimedia boards with a mobile stand for rooms classes at ZSTiO No. 3 in Katowice. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - which is also a Description of the equipment offered. Additional information: Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - constitutes the means of evidence in question confirmation that the offered deliveries meet the requirements, features or criteria specified by the Ordering Party, referred to in Art. 106 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. A description of the Offered Equipment should be submitted with the offer, in accordance with the template included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (i.e. on the date of submission of offers), because the specification of the provision that will be provided if the offer is selected as the most advantageous constitutes the content of the offer. The content of the offer includes only the items in the "Description "Offered Equipment", in which Contractors should not only confirm compliance of the parameters of the offered device with the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party - on a "meets/does not meet" basis, but also provide the full name of the manufacturer, type and model of the offered equipment in in order to clearly identify it and/or specify the technical parameters or features of the offered devices.
