Delivery of multifunctional devices for the Civil Registry Office The subject of the order includes delivery, a) as part of the basic order: MODEL D - HP LaserJet Managed MFP E42540f monochrome multifunction device or equivalent b) as part of the exercise of the option right: As part of exercise of the option right, the Ordering Party may order additional units (any number of units) of the printers listed in letter a), provided that the total value of the order under the option right does not exceed the value of the difference resulting from the operation mathematical: PLN 490, 000.00 gross - (minus) the value of the basic order (offer price). The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right referred to in Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, on the terms and in the circumstances specified in the draft agreement - annex to SWZ. The Ordering Party reserves that the order referred to as "option right" is an entitlement and not an obligation of the Ordering Party. The performance of the subject of the contract under the option law depends on the actual needs of the ordering party and its financial possibilities. Failure to perform the subject of the order within the scope of the option right does not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor.
