Tender Details

Delivery of multifunctional devices 1. The subject of the order is the supply of 4 pieces of multifunctional devices, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". 2. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor will provide equipment: - brand new, unused, free from physical defects legal; - full value, meeting the technical and functional requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; - Produced in accordance with applicable laws and norms and standards; - Admitted to turnover in the territory of the Republic of Poland; - the offered equipment, on the day of signing the acceptance protocol, cannot be intended by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sale; - The contractor is obliged to deliver the equipment to the building Marshal's Office of the Lublin Voivodeship in Lublin, ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin, on their own, at their own expense and risk, including bringing the equipment to the premises indicated by the Ordering Party's representative during office hours the Ordering Party, i.e. on business days from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 3. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the delivered equipment in accordance with the declaration in the Offer, but for a period of not less than 12 months, in accordance with the requirements specified in the OPZ, counting from the date of signing acceptance protocol without any reservations. The period of the warranty provided by the Contractor is one of the criteria for evaluating offers in this procedure. 4.
