The framework agreement includes deliveries, collections at the counter, product advice and - for Lot 5 - technical interventions/repairs on site. Scope inclusions (all lots): • Specific branded products where requested • Standard items, OEM equivalents and equivalent products (brand neutral; or equivalent). • Advice on product selection, replaceability and stock optimization. • E-catalog with contract prices, price lists/discount schedules, item data sheets and SDS (where relevant). • KPI reporting and continuous improvement (stock availability, OTIF (One Time, In Full), fill rate, returns, etc.).
