1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 7 pcs, movable measuring stations (RSP) built on van cars. Using RSP, radio emission parameters, disturbance location, electromagnetic spectrum monitoring and other statutory activities of the president will be carried out UKE.
441 of the Public Procurement Law, extension of the subject of the contract by supplying an additional 1 pcs of a movable measuring station (RSP) built on a van.
The use of the right by the Ordering Party depends on the possession of the contracting authority financial resources allocated for the implementation of the contract, depending on the unit price (for 1 RSP) indicated in the offer form.
Optional order is not an obligation of the contracting authority to grant it, and does not constitute grounds for claiming claims by the Contractor damages for not realizing this order.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, includes Annex 1 to SWZ - offer form.
4. The place of delivery of the subject of the contract is the Employer Infrastructure Center in Borucus, Strachowka commune, Wołomin poviat.
5. Pursuant to art. 310 of the PZP Act, the Employer provides for the possibility of annulment of the contract award procedure, if the public funds that the Employer intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract would not be granted to him.
