1. The subject of the order is the SUPPLY OF A MODERN ULTRASONOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT.2. Whenever this ToR and the annexes refer to equipment, devices, apparatus, equipment and medical devices, the Ordering Party means fixed assets with equipment installed on them. software, constituting the subject of the order specified in the OPZ. Whenever this ToR and the annexes mention software or system, the Ordering Party means the software installed on the fixed assets delivered as part of the subject of the order. 3. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts.4. The scope of the order includes: 1) delivery, assembly and installation (in a place indicated by the Ordering Party, ensuring collision-free and ergonomic use), commissioning, performance tests and putting the equipment constituting the subject of the order into operation;2) granting an indefinite license for the software and integrating the ultrasound device with the KS-Somed system used by the Ordering Party;3) conducting training in the operation and basic maintenance of the supplied hardware and software for the Ordering Party's staff (max. 6 people), within the deadline agreed with the Ordering Party...
