Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new, complete and ready-to-use mobile tanks for the transport and temporary distribution of water intended for human consumption with a nominal capacity of not less than 1, 000 liters (1 m3), 3 pcs. and a nominal capacity of not less than than 2, 500 liters (2.5 m) 1 piece. Each tank must be a complete set, including a tank permanently mounted on a road trailer along with fittings, pipes and equipment.2. The order is financed by the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026 (Area II).3. Ordering party does not allow deliveries from third countries that are not parties to international agreements. Third countries that are not parties to international agreements should be understood as countries other than the Member States of the European Union and other than countries that are parties to the Agreement of the World Trade Organization on government contracts or parties to other international agreements guaranteeing access to the public procurement market on the basis of reciprocity and equality, to which the Union is a party European.
