1. The subject of the contract is the supply of mobile phones, KartSIM and the provision of mobile telephony services for the needs of the Institute of Meteorology and the Water Management - the National Research Institute, under which the ExPECTIVE is obliged in particular to: 1) the provision of telecommunications service ensure voice connectivity (outgoing and incoming connections), text SMS and multimedia MMS; 2) providing service access to the Internet in 5G, LTE, GSM and 3G technology (as the operator provides services in this technology) with bilateral transmission, with the possibility of static assignment Addresses from the public pool of the contractor; 3) factory supplies, free from physical defects and legal mobile phones; 4) supplies of Simskonfigured cards to work in the Contractor's network; 5) ensuring the warranty and providing the service for devices provided as part of this order. Implementation Itemnations will be carried out by using the transmitted inactive SIM cards, and factory -new ones free from refusal and legal devices in the form of telephone cameras and the possession of the contracting authority modems for data transmission with the possibility of access Intertrath in 5G, LTE, GSM and 3G technology (when the operator sets services in this technology) with data bilateral. 2.
