"Delivery of mobile phones for NASK-PIB" 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of brand new mobile phones for employees of the Scientific and Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute, hereinafter referred to as "NASK-PIB" or "Ordering Party" along with the provision of a warranty by the Contractor. 2.The subject of the order is: 1) successful delivery of brand new mobile phones by the Contractor, hereinafter referred to as: "Equipment" or "Device" or "Phone" for the Ordering Party minimum requirements specified in Chapter IV of Annex No. 1 to SWZ-SOPZ, hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ", according to the following 2 (in words: two) Groups: a) Group I - mobile phones - 20 pieces (including: 10 pieces of type 1 + 10 pieces of type 2), b)Group II - telephones cellular - 135 pieces (including: 125 pieces of type 3 +10 pieces of type 4) 2) Providing a warranty for the Equipment by the Contractor referred to in point 1) for a period of at least 24 months, counted from the date of signing the Single Order Acceptance Protocol without reservations for a given individual Order. The extension of the Equipment warranty period is the criterion for evaluating the offers referred to in Chapter XV section. 3 SWZ. 3.The planned estimated number of Equipment, indicated in section 2 point 1) above is the assumption of the Ordering Party as to the expected number of ordered Equipment throughout the entire duration of the contract.
