Delivery of mobile anesthesia machines 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of 3 mobile anesthesia machines. 2. The order is implemented under the "Implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense program for years 2025/2026", for the implementation of tasks in area II - Logistical security and ensuring continuity of supplies. Measure No. 2 - II.1.6. - Medical devices, including diagnostic ones - purchase of 3 mobile anesthesia machines. 3.The subject of the order has been described in detail in the Annex to the SWZ, i.e. in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as the Description of Required Technical Parameters or "OWPT", which constitutes its integral part. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers partial. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers. 7. The Ordering Party informs that pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law may invalidate the contract award procedure if the funds public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it. 1.
