Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a mining and reconnaissance set. 2. The requirements and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, which the Ordering Party will provide to those invited to submit offers. Contractors who meet the conditions specified in the announcement. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 4. Order completion date: • The subject of the order must be delivered to the Ordering Party within the time specified in the offer the most favorable one, but no later than October 30, 2026 (depending on which of the above-mentioned dates expires earlier) • Deadline for execution of the Agreement under the optional order: until October 30, 2026. 5. The Ordering Party provides for the law options in the proceedings in question. The Ordering Party will present the quantities it will use under the option right within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. The Contractor is not entitled to claim against the Ordering Party for optional deliveries. 6. Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law in a situation where the public funds he intended to use to finance all or part of the order are not granted to him.
