1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 5 brand new MINI buses with conventional drive and length in the range of 7.5-8.0 m with option rights.
Buses covered by the option right must be brand new, identical in terms of brand and type and in terms of design, technical parameters, as well as completion and equipment in relation to the vehicles constituting the basic part of the order. Unless otherwise indicated in the order documents, whenever their provisions refer to buses or to the subject matter of the contract in general, they should refer to both the basic and optional parts of the contract.
1.2. A brand new bus is considered to be a vehicle manufactured no earlier than 8 months before the date of delivery of a given batch of order and not exploited.
1.3. The buses offered must be of the same brand, identical in terms of design, technical parameters as well as assembly and equipment.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 4 - 8 to the SWZ, as well as in Annex No. 10 constituting the Designed Provisions of the Agreement. Attachment No. 9 to the SWZ presents a list of PEKA-ITS components supplied by the Ordering Party for MINI buses. On the basis of Annex No. 2 to the SWZ completed by the Contractor (Offer Form) and Annexes No. 4 - 8 of the SWZ, annexes to the contract will be prepared in s...
