1. The subject of the order includes work consisting in the supply of crushed mineral aggregate with a granulation of 0-31.5 mm for the repair of surfaces of municipal dirt roads in 2026 in an amount of 2, 200 tons.2. As part of the repairs, the following should be provided: 2, 200 tons of material for municipal roads Brusy commune (in a single request no less than 6 tons) spread, profiled and weighed 2, 200 tons of crushed mineral aggregate on sections of municipal dirt roads indicated by individual sotys or an employee of the Municipal Office in Brusy3. IN the offer must include the costs of selling, loading, weighing, transporting and unloading.4. Before signing the contract, the Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with a list of quantities of mineral aggregate with a granulation of 0-31.5 mm to be delivered to individual communities.5. The ordering party is not liable liability for damage caused by the Contractor while performing the subject of the order.6. The contractor will organize work facilities on his own and at his own expense.7. The road repair will take place no later than that offered by the Contractor in the submitted offer (i.e. not later than 3 days) from the telephone order placed by an employee of the City Hall.8.
