1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of milk and milk products.
1.1. The assortment, quantity and price specification is precisely specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer.
1.2. Pursuant to the requirement specified in art. 246 sec. 2 of the Public Procurement Law, Orderingy using the price criterion with a weight exceeding 60%, specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the ToR) the quality requirements relating to at least the main elements that make up the subject of the contract.
