1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery to the ORDERING PARTY's feeding points located in the city of Kołobrzeg: consumption milk and dairy products, specified in the assortment and quantity system in this specification. The delivered products should be of high quality and suitable for direct consumption. 2. Ordered items should be delivered in manufacturer's packaging marked: - product name, - manufacturer's name, - weight of the packaging contents, - deadline shelf life or storage period, - identification of the product batch. 3.The delivered products should remain suitable for consumption for at least 7 days from delivery, unless, due to the nature of the goods, the expiration date consumption is generally shorter. 4. The packaging of liquid products should be hermetic, and the packaging of other products should be adapted to the properties of the given product and appropriate from the point of view of hygiene and health safety of food. 5. Delivery includes service transport and unloading at the ordering party's place at the place indicated by the ordering party. 6. Deliveries should be made successively in batches for separate orders. The required deadline for order fulfillment is a maximum of 12 hours (delivery deadline partial is one of the criteria for evaluating offers), in justified cases deliveries ordered by 10 a.m. must be completed on the same day by 14. 7.
