Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of licenses and subscriptions to Microsoft software. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be provided by a Contractor who has the status of a Micros partneroft Licensing Solution Providers (LSP), i.e. is entitled to resell products (Microsoft software) listed in the Microsoft Product List under the Microsoft Product and Services Agreement (MPSA) No. 4100013999 (for local government units) concluded between MicrosoftIreland Operations Limited B.V. and the Ministry of Digital Affairs. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The justification for not dividing the contract into lots is indicated in point 3.5. SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party does not require the execution of the order by sheltered workshops or social cooperativescial, or other contractors covered by the provisions of Art. 94 section 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act. 5. The Ordering Party does not require the employment of persons on the basis of an employment relationship. 6. The ordering party does not predicte the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Act. 7. The ordering party did not conduct preliminary market consultations before initiating the procedure. 8.
