The contracting authority is planning to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) contractor who has been authorized by Microsoft as LSP (License Solution Provider) for delivering and maintaining Microsoftlicens including associated services on conditions that have been stipulated by the VNG with regard to the VNG Contradiction of Micosoft. The VNG Framework GT Microsoft consists of legal and commercial conditions based on the M365 license model from Microsoft. The contracting authority also intends to make its current subscription to Azure Cloud Services Backup Subscription (Backup Environment for the Local Servers, Microsoft 365 Environment) also become part of this new framework agreement during the term of the Framework Agreement to be concluded. The effective date of the new framework agreement is July 1, 2025.
