The object of the award of this order is: "Delivery of a micromanipulator for upgrading Lumenis acopulse laser and connecting to the LEICA microscope and a biphase portable automatic defibrillator for the needs of MBAL - Haskovo AD.
The order is divided into two lots:
Lot No 1 - "Delivery of a micromanipulator for upgrading Lumenis acopulse laser and connecting to the LEICA microscope for the needs of MBAL - Haskovo AD - 76 100, 00 BGN without VAT.
Lot 2 - "Delivery of a bipse portable automatic defibrillator for the needs of MBAL - Haskovo AD" - 3 970, 00 BGN. excluding VAT.
21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority has the right to assign separate positions in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the relevant lot The separate positions awarded in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the contract. In this case, regardless of the residual value of the order, it is awarded in accordance with the order applicable to the total estimated value of the entire order.
