DELIVERY OF A MICROBUS FOR THE NEEDS OF THE STATE FIRE SERVICE 1. The subject of the proceedings is the delivery of 1 minibus for the transport of min. 9 people with a driver for the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Olsztyn for the unit organizational structure of the State Fire Service of the voivodeship Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The minibus for transporting people is purchased for the needs of the State Fire Service, with the possibility of using it during the evacuation process from danger zones and in various situations. types of crises (OLiOC). 2. The technical description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. The contractor undertakes to complete the subject of the order in accordance with the principles specified in the procedure documentation, including the contract template (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ). 4. The subject of the order must be brand new, unused, technically efficient, safe, compliant with applicable norms and quality standards, complete and ready for use, and must also meet the minimum technical, functional and quality specified in the tender documentation. 5.
