Tender Details

1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of metal cabinets together with the delivery and assembly, hereinafter referred to as the "assortment". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Chapter XIX SWZ and Annex No. 5a-5d to the SWZ (according to the task). 3. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to demonstrate compliance with the conditions specified in Art. 112 section 2 of the Act. 4. In each task, the contractor will provide a minimum 24-month warranty and a minimum 24-month warranty for the delivered assortment - counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. 5. The type and scope of changes to the contract are indicated in Chapter. XIX SWZ. 6. The Ordering Party requests that the said evidence be submitted along with the offer to confirm the compliance of the offered assortment with description of the subject of the order, 1) catalog cards which will confirm beyond any doubt for the Ordering Party: Task No. 1: dimensions (height, width, depth), structure (type, thickness of materials of structural elements); Croup No. 2: dimensions (height, width, depth), structure (type, thickness of materials of structural elements); Task No. 3: dimensions (height, width, depth), structure (type, thickness of materials of structural elements); Task no. 4: dimensions (height, width, depth), structure (type, thickness of materials of structural elements). 2)Certificates: Task No. 1: −certificate issued by a body accredited in the national accreditation system, confirming...
