Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the delivery of a MERCURY POROSIMETER WITH EQUIPMENT for determining, among others: total pore volume, pore size distribution, percentage porosity (total and effective) and skeletal and apparent density, installation, calibration and first runand training in its operation and maintenance. Place of delivery, unloading and bringing in, installation, calibration, first start-up: Laboratory at ul. Lubicz 25 A in Krakow. The laboratory is located on the 4th floor in a building equipped with passenger elevators. Detailed description beforeThe scope of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order constitute the minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. Training in the use and maintenance of the device will be carried out at the Institute's headquarters in Krakow at ul. Lubicz 25 A.
