Medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with the function of supplying water for domestic purposes for OLiOC (1 pc.) 1. The subject of the procedure is the award of a public contract for the supply of 1 medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with the function of delivering water for domestic purposes for the needs of OLiOC for the State Fire Service in Olsztyn intended for the organizational units of the State Fire Service in the province. Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e. in Annex No. 1 entitled “Item description order", containing the minimum technical and operational requirements for the subject of the order, and Annex No. 2 entitled "Contract template", specifying detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract. 2. The subject of the order must be brand new, unused, and in working order technically, safe, compliant with applicable norms and quality standards, complete and ready for use, and must also meet the minimum technical, functional and quality requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Year of production: not earlier than 2026. 3. When calculating the price for the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to take into account all costs related to the execution of the order in accordance with the ToR, including its annexes containing a description of the subject of the order, until the moment of receipt of the subject of the order by the Ordering Party without any reservations. 4.
