Tender Details

Periodic supply of medicines for the needs of the "St. Panteleimon" - Yambol" JSC, according to the "Technical specification of the medicinal products" below - at the request of the contracting authority within the framework of the method specified in the draft contract.

The deliveries of the medicinal products are carried out in a cartnature and type according to the request prepared in the Hospital Pharmacy within 72 hours, after sending the same by fax, e-mail or in writing, and for urgent cases, up to 12 hours after sending the request.

The public order is divided into 44 /forty and four/ distinct positions, as for allindividual items, the participant participates for the entire item - a participant who has not submitted an offer for any of the nomenclature units in the item will be removed.

Offer validity period - 6 months from the date set as the deadline for receiving offers.

Payment period : Payments will beand carried out by bank transfer in Bulgarian leva, within a period of no more than 60 /sixty/ days after delivery and provided primary documents.

Performance guarantee: 5% of the contract value in BGN excluding VAT in the form of: sum of money; Bank guarantee; insurance that secures performance through undercontractor's liability coverage.
