1. The subject of the order is the supply of Medicines divided into packages: Package No. I Medicines Common Public Procurement Dictionary (CPV): - Package No. I: 33690000-3 A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The subsequent delivery will be at risk cost. Contractors. It is the responsibility of the person submitting the offer to read the SWZ and annexes, including the prepared draft contract, and obtain all information necessary for the proper preparation of the offer. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, but without the possibility of submitting partial offers within a given package. Part of the Order constitutes a single package as a whole. Otherwise, the offer for a given package will be rejected.
