1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicines and pharmaceutical products necessary for the proper functioning of the Medical Support Teams and the Medical Services and Ambulatories of the 31st Military Economic Department. The purchase and delivery of medicines and pharmaceutical products is necessary to ensure the medical functioning of units and institutions subordinated to the 31st Military Economic Detachment, including field training, soldier recruitment and ongoing activities in accordance with Art. 288 and 290 of the Homeland Defense Act of March 11, 2022 (Journal of Laws 2025.825, i.e. of June 25, 2025) 2.
