The subject of the order is the supply of medicines - supplement II (+ items unresolved in the previous medicine tender), in accordance with the division into 17 tasks: Tasks no.: 1-5 - medicines. Task no.: 6-9 - vaccinations. Tasks no.: 10-17 - other. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the required form, dose, unit of measurement, quantity in the package; the number of packages and the quantity to be purchased under the option right are specified in the Form assortment and price list, which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the provisions of the Template Agreement - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ Template Agreement. 4. Series and expiry date on the individual packaging and on invoice. 5. Validity period of the offered subject of the order, not shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party. 6. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order to the Hospital Pharmacy Warehouse. 7. Delivery date - according to current needs, each time within a maximum of 2 business days from the date of placing the order. 8.
