A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 3. The subject and conditions of the implementation of this order must be consistent with the Act of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law and other applicable legal provisions in this regard. 4.Subject matter and conditions of implementation of this order should be in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and the Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices or the Regulation of the Parliament European Union and of the Council (EU) 2017/746 of 5 April 2017 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (if applicable) and other applicable legal provisions in this regard. The offered subject of the order must have a CE declaration - applies to Packages No. 5 and 6. 5. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law. 6.
