1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products under drug programs. 2. The medicinal products offered by the Contractors in this procedure must meet the requirements arising from the Act of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750). as amended), 3. When offering a medicinal product included in the list of reimbursed medicines, the contractor must take into account the provisions of Art. 9 of the Act of May 12, 2011. on the reimbursement of medicines, foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses and medical devices (uniform text OJ from 2024 pos. 930) 4. The offered assortment must be included in the current list of reimbursed medicines, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and medical devices, and also available under drug programs - in accordance with the annex to the Announcement of the Minister of Health in regarding the list of reimbursed medicines, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and medical devices. 5. The minimum shelf life of the offered medicinal product should be at least 12 months from the date of delivery. 6.
